SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – A man is recovering pursuing a taking pictures at a Shreveport apartment advanced and police say they’ve built an arrest.

Tommy Lewis, Jr., 33, is billed with tried 2nd-diploma murder and a depend of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
