It is also the most costly sale at any time recorded in the Canopy MLS, a subsidiary company of the Canopy Realtor Association.
The estate located at 3903 Island Ford Highway sits on 160 acres and is composed of a most important residence, two visitor cottages and a pool house.

Bought in 2016, the key residence has been totally renovated and features cathedral ceilings, a own fitness center and a two-degree property theater.
Two different guest cottages sit on the bordering acreage, which also includes fishing pond, and basketball and tennis courts.
