OKLAHOMA City (KFOR) – An Oklahoma woman mentioned she woke up, prepared to begin her day only to uncover her Backyard garden Square apartment device covered in feces.

“I woke up to go to the restroom,” Francine McCullough claimed. “I stepped down and it is proper listed here on my legs.”

McCullough claimed she’s now still left without having household furniture and dresses.

She claimed 4 inches of feces erupted from her rest room bathroom. It flooded the flooring of her condominium.

“How am I supposed to shift it with what cash? You just… I imply, I have absolutely nothing. I can’t do very little with very little.”

The mess remaining a line on McCullough’s sofa, and now she says most of her stuff is ruined. She’s not the only a single devastated.

“I have misplaced anything. I have absolutely nothing left. No bed. Absolutely nothing to sleep on. Practically nothing,” mentioned Karen Clyma.

Clyma is Francine’s neighbor. She said all her grandson’s toys are now destroyed. Each ladies stated the apartment supervisors are to blame.

KFOR spoke to 1 member of administration, and he explained it’s Oklahoma City’s dilemma.

“We termed to tell the tenants this is a town difficulty and I want to set you up in a lodge,” reported David Patel.

KFOR contacted the city’s utility department about the issue.

“We’re investigating the situation. Usually, sewer backups are the accountability of the property owner,” claimed Malarie Gotcher with the office.

Meanwhile, for McCullough and Clyma, it doesn’t subject whose accountability it is, they just want it set.

“I’m trapped involving a rock and a really hard ball right now. I really do not know what to do,” said McCullough. 

Patel explained to KFOR the managers are transferring both equally women into new models Monday. Nonetheless, they stated the tenants are liable for replacing their destroyed objects.
