A South Nashville house located around downtown and owned by the exact loved ones since 1956 has bought for far more than $1.57 million, according to a Davidson County Sign-up of Deeds doc.

The new operator of the property, found at 155 Lafayette St. and accommodating a nondescript constructing, is an LLC affiliated with downtown-dependent nonprofit Tennessee Justice Centre.

The vendor was Corenswet Partners LP. At minimum 1 member of the Corenswet family members had, about the decades, owned Great Liquor Keep. That business enterprise even now operates from the just-marketed residence, as does David’s Discount Tobacco and Beer.

Tennessee Justice Middle officials could not be attained for comment about their options for the constructing, even though a transfer to the recently ordered building looks possible.
